vsimk.exe stop working error

Hi

Before some months my modelsim-altera edition (includes starter edition) free was working fine.now i don't know what happened when i run my vhdl code it compiles but when its the time to show the diagram it says vsimk.exe stop working

i unistalled it and reinstall the modelsim but the problem is still here.I have xlinix and i use the modelsim
