VHDL help

Hello everyone, i am new here this is my first post =) i really need some help this is for school, and am asked to write data parity check for NOC but i don't know what to do...

So, I suggest you look some material of VHDL and try to understand what this code do. One thing, this is the top level, there are some components instantiated. You have to get the code sources of these components too.
