Using the "Profile" or "profiling" feature in Questa Quartus Prime Lite (Version 22.1)

Hello, I can't find much information about using the "profiling" or "profile" feature using the Quartus Prime Lite Questa simulator (version 22.1).
I am right? Is Profiling or Profile the same or are they different things?
Could you explain to me what it is used for and how I should use it?
It is for a project that a teacher asked me for and I don't understand what I should do, I already have a vhdl code, I compiled and simulated it, now I only have to apply the "profiling" feature on the code.

    You may go to <quartus_installed_directory>/questa_fse/docs/pdfdocs and check for questa_sim_user.pdf on Chapter 25 Classic Performance Profiler, questa_sim_tut.pdf on Chapter 12 Analyzing Performance With The Profiler, questa_sim_ref.pdf on some Profile commands and questa_sim_gui_ref.pdf on Profile GUI.
