USB blaster driver install without board

Hi all

I would like to be able to install the USB blaster driver (Quartus II v13) without a need to plug in the board. The purpose is for unattended installation for the university. Is this possible?

    the driver is located in the altera directory (where quartus and modelsim are installed), so I guess it is possible.

    you don't need a dev kit board, but i'm not sure about installing the drivers without plugging in an actual USB Blaster
