USB-Blaster does not work under Windows 7 (Quartus 12.0SP2)

Hi there. I recently installed "12.0sp2_263_quartus_free_windows.exe" on a new PC running Win7 64 bits Professional. Installation worked well but I have the impression that the jtagserver.exe service...

Hello dedanaan,

I checked already the JTAG Server service in windows services and the server is not present. I tried to install "12.0sp2_263_programmer_windows.exe" but the installer does not start properly. When I call in a command-window "C:\altera\12.0sp2\quartus\bin64 jtagserver.exe -install I always get the error message with the missing "tbbmalloc_proxy.dll".
