Upgrade to Quartus 15.0 from 11.1 Error 23031 when using batch file.

[h=1] (http://www.alteraforum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=38819)As I mentioned, this batch file executed correctly on the previous version of Quartus II but gives me that error now when tryign to run batch file.

Error (23031): Evaluation of Tcl script ..\IterativeBuild.tcl unsuccessful

Error: Quartus II 64-Bit Shell was unsuccessful. 1 error, 0 warnings

    From 11.1 to 15.0 seems to have quite a few versions apart. I believe due to this, we could migrate your design.

    Ok I fixed that by cleaning all the previous build files the script worked then. Now I am stuck on transitioning it to 15.1 Prime where DSE II is used which has quartus_sh replaced with quartus_dse and any attempt to run DES II in the GUI yield me Error: [Errno 11004] getaddrinfo failed.
