Upgrade to Quartus 15.0 from 11.1 Error 23031 when using batch file.

[h=1] (http://www.alteraforum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=38819)As I mentioned, this batch file executed correctly on the previous version of Quartus II but gives me that error now when tryign to run...

From 11.1 to 15.0 seems to have quite a few versions apart. I believe due to this, we could migrate your design.
