unalias errors when installing 9.1 on linux

I need to instal Quartus II 9.1 on linux, and I get this error when I run "install" unalias: adm.gz not found unalias: agx_we.gz not found unalias: aii_we.gz not found unalias: common.gz not ...

somebody help me please .. I'm with the same problem .. I tried to do "csh install", "sh install", "./install" .. and nothing til now .. :(
