Unable to use licenses concurrently

We just generated a new license file to unify ownership within our organization. We recently added 2 permanent licenses for Ultra 10Gps Ethernet MAC FPGA IP.

Now we have multiple entries in our license file for this feature. However, we are unable to use these licenses concurrently, and must wait for the previous build to complete before starting a new one.

How do we get the license manager to allow checkout of >1 feature at a time?

Below is a snippet of the relevant FEATURE entries in our license file.

    Hello Welcome to INTEL forum. To narrow down this issue. Can you provide your license.dat file and error message screen shot for checking (If any)? And you can also reply/attach your file in private message.

      Attached is the file that I downloaded from the Self Service Center.

      After trolling through logs a bit, I found this:

      9:34:11 (alterad) UNSUPPORTED: "6AF7_0119" (3B18E68FD26F) bbotton@gump (License server system does not support this feature. (-18,327))

      and

      8:22:07 (alterad) Support removed for feature 6AF7_0119(3B18E68FD26F)

      For the record, this is our version info
