Unable to use licenses concurrently

Hello Welcome to INTEL forum. To narrow down this issue. Can you provide your license.dat file and error message screen shot for checking (If any)? And you can also reply/attach your file in private message.

Attached is the file that I downloaded from the Self Service Center.

After trolling through logs a bit, I found this:
