Unable to access Self Service Licensing Center

I am unable to get into the FPGA Self Service Licensing Center to generate licenses. When I try to log in with my account, I see the error pages shown in the attached screenshots.   ...

Hi, I filled in that form originally and they closed my ticket and routed me to this forum which is why I am asking it here.
