Ubuntu 10.10 + Quartus 9.0 + Segment Fault

Hi, I just installed quartus 9.0 in Ubuntu 10.10, but when i try to execute the bin, i get a "Segment Fault" msg... I tried reinstalling, but nothing.. Anyone get the same error? Another ...

I downgraded to Ubuntu 9.10 and Quartus 9.1 fine now.. even though Quartus 10.1 seems to be having problems installing devices for some reason..
