Trouble programming 10M02 with .pof

I was wondering if someone could help me with an issue I'm having when trying to program my 10M02DCV36 FPGA. When I program the chip with the .sof file everything is fine. However, when I try and program with the .pof file the process starts and then fails at ~5%.

Below are my JTAG connections

Any help would be much appreciated!

How did you generate the .pof? Did you convert it from the .sof? Is the flash in that device large enough for the .pof you've created?

The .pof is auto generated. I also tried generating it manually using the File>Convert Programming Files, but neither method worked. The .pof file is 83KB.

So I was able to get this to work. I'm still not sure exactly why this made it work but, I was probing the JTAG lines and when I had the probe on the TCK line it programmed just fine

    Hello,

Could you please share the scope shot of the JTAG signals?

    regards,

Is there something specific you are looking for, like the beginning of the process or the end, it is quite lengthy in terms of scope traces so if I show all of it, I'm afraid you won't really see anything relevant. I also only have easy access to the TCK, TMS, and TDI signals.
