6 years agoThere is no response for the Request to update the companion ID.
Hi,
I requested customer support in "Intel FPGA self licensing center" to update the companion ID. I didn't get any response and it's almost 2 weeks.
I always use the following link to change my companion ID and response used to come within 24 hours, but this time there is no response.

Type of Licensing Issue: I can't generate a companion or temporary license
Can anyone guide me for updating my companion ID?
