The Quartus Prime Lite Software quit unexpectedly

I opened a project. ran the simulation and it got to about 80% / 90% and was converting output vcd file to vwf and crashed Problem Details Error: Internal Error: Sub-system: VDB, File: /quartus/db...

    Found the problem, when I was sent the project the files were corrupted. Created new project and it is all working fine.
