Tensor block usage

The DSP_BLOCK_BALANCING is set to TENSOR, however, the final Flow Summary report doesn't report tensor blocks usage. Instead the DSP blocks show some usage. Also, none of the flow logs has any reference to the tensor blocks. It seems that Quartus Prime just ignored the DSP_BLOCK_BALACING setting! How can we force QP to target the tensor blocks and how to check if it did? Thanks
