tcl console not working

I'm trying to run simple commands in the tcl console and all I get is the following error:


How should I fix this?

    Like it says, that Tcl command is part of a Tcl API package that is only loaded while either the Fitter or the timing analyzer is run.  What are you trying to do?  You may need to create a script.

    You can try that command in timing analyzer tcl console.
