STRATIX II, Quartus 13.0 sp1, DDR2 and licence problem

After many years, I need to get my hands on the project I did on the Stratix II, in which I used IP to access DDR2. Now it uses QUARTUS 13.0 sp1 and the license on the server I connect to won't allow me to compile the IP of DDR2, it says the Altera 6AF7 00A7 license is missing. How can I do this? Thanks
