Apologies for the delay, I’ve been a bit tied up lately.


Have you tried programming the board using a SOF file or a new JIC file? Also, could you share what configuration scheme you're using for this application?


Since you mentioned that Quartus 20.1 and later versions fail, have you tried using an earlier version of Quartus? If so, what was the result?
