SOPC Builder Won't Open

Whenever I try to open SOPC Builder it starts to open, and it goes through a bunch of files, then hangs and says "current 1;" and will remain as such for hours. (http://imgur.com/qiiyr?full) I am using Quartus 10.0 Web Edition and NIOS II IDE 10 if that helps.
