SOPC Builder 8.0 STILL doesn't work on Vista?

It's hanging on PTF file elaboration just like 7.2 did. (And to fix it I have to go and End-Task perl.) wtf?

    i have the same problem on SOPC Builder 8.1, my os is Windows Server 2008,

    could somebody help me!
