I'm trying to launch project on ubuntu 18.04.
Compilation was successful. Then I start RTL simulation which is also successful, but simulation window is not opening and nothing happens.
Am I missing something?
Actually, I fixed it. Instructions from here https://askubuntu.com/questions/1121815/how-do-i-run-mentor-modelsim-questa-in-ubuntu-18-04 made it work.

What do you mean by RTL simulation successful but simulation window not opening.
Can you attache image and elaborate steps.
Also tell about Quartus tool version & edition used.

New ContributorI have Quartus Prime Lite 19.1. Here is what happens when I start RTL simulation.
Also I tried to start modelsim manually and it produces the following error
Failed to obtain lock: couldn't open "/home/user/.modelsim_lock": file already exists
