Simulate Arduino on a Intel FPGA board

To be more clear I'm going use because I'm going to use an Arduino mkr vidor 4000 Dev board and this board have an Cyclone 10 LP . I want to simulate on it an more simple Arduíno like the uno, but is an project for learning purposes.
