signal tap ii (quartus 12.1 webedition)- talkback install automatics

hello all,

I use Quartus 12.1 web edition (64 bit), signalTap2. With old Version (quartus 12.0) I never had the problem that always talkback install

off automatically as soon as I make a change in SignalTap Signal Analyser. So i must again and again enable talkback. Could someone help me please!
