Is there a way to log into a file all the data acquired during singal tap autorun analysis? Meaning, capture the data of each one of the triggers, not only the latest trigger.

The log will only record the latest trigger. May be you can create multiple instances to record the different triggers.

If I not mistaken, you mean to combine all the data log files (check screenshot below) into one log file right? If that's the case, there's no option to do that.
