Signal Tap - *** Fatal Error: Segment Violation

I do not need help, after restarting Quartus I could proceed and the error did not occur again. Posting the problem report here in case it could be useful, see no other obvious place for this.

May I know which Quartus version that you were using? What are the device that you are using? What OS that you were using?

 

Do you see this problem in multiple different project?
