Setting window of quartus is not displayed fully: Resizing of setting window (only) doesn't work

Hello, I have installed quartus 20.1 on ubuntu 20.04 and I having issue with the setting window being not displayed fully. screen shot of the window is attached here. the portion below the draw...

For the information, after very long hours of trying to fix this issue, I finally just arrived to the conclusion that the easiest way is to see the buttons is to connect an additional screen to my laptop (which is old and have a low resolution).

On the bigger screen, I could see the buttons and start working. However, I am still keen on knowing how to solve the issue because it is not the most practical to do this in my configuration.
