RPD file for Advanced boot copier

Hi,

I am using the advanced boot copier (AN-458-2.1) to load an application from an EPCS16 to SDRAM attached to an Cyclone 4 FPGA. The advanced boot copier works great. To do a field upgrade of the EPCS, I need a .rpd formatted file for the external CPU to load into the EPCS. I can't use the normal pof(or is it sof) to RPD utility in Quartus since the advanced boot copier requires a specific header that the pof to rpd Quartus utility doesn't include. I have a .bin, and .flash (s-record) file of my EPCS image. is there a utility to convert a .bin or .flash file to an rpd file?
