Request for new license for Arria 10 failure

Hello,

I am having problems getting a new license file for Quartus Prime Pro to work on my Arria 10 soc dev kit.

When I go to: Self Service Licensing Center > Licenses > Find and Generate License by Activation Code, and put in either the ARM License Serial, which is in the format of: # 11X11-11111-1XX1X, or the serial number of the device, which is found on the side of the box, and below the bottom barcode, and is in the format of: 10ASXSoC11111, none of them works, and gives me an error: Error, Invalid License Activation Code.

Any help would be appreciated!
