Request for Access to Quartus II 4.2 for EP2S30FF672I4N FPGA

My name is Dongjin Park, and I am an FPGA engineer working in South Korea. Due to the nature of my industry, we often need to use legacy software for maintaining and modifying existing products.

In the past, our company developed a product using Quartus II 4.2, and we now need to modify the FPGA design of this product. Our FPGA device is EP2S30FF672I4N. However, we are currently unable to download Quartus II 4.2 from the Intel website or other official sources.

I would like to request guidance on the following:

1. Whether it is possible to obtain Quartus II 4.2 to work with the EP2S30FF672I4N device.

2. If available, the options for obtaining the software, including pricing and licensing details.
