refreshing one component in sopc

Is there a way to only refresh the one component in sopc_builder?

At present I need to refresh the entire system, which takes a while while trying to debug a _hw.tcl file.

Also whats the best way to debug _hw.tcl files, there must be an alternative to adding the component into your sopc system and hoping you've got all the tcl callbacks right.
