Reassigning Quartus License without Access top self Licensing Portal

Hello Intel Team,

due to internalk Role Changes and the holidays the old case got no response from our side, therefore we wanted to reopne this with a new Post.

Our company has aquired a Quartus II License back in 2020. The License was assigned to a person and HostID that is no longer with our Company. Naturally we would like to reassign the License.

We also do not have access to the self licenseing portal since the person took the Login-Credentials when she left.

I already conctacted general Support for this but they pretty much pushend me to make a forum post about this. Could someone get in touch to rectify this issue?

    Attach license.dat file

    New Rehost/change/reassign details:

    Name :

    Email Address :

    NEW NICID(Mac Add) :
