Reassign Quartus Licenses without access to self-licensing portal?

Hello Intel Team,

our company has aquired a Quartus II License back in 2020. The License was assigned to a person and HostID that is no longer with our Company. Naturally we would like to reassign the License.

We also do not have access to the self licenseing portal since the person took the Login-Credentials when she left.

I already conctacted general Support for this but they pretty much pushend me to make a forum post about this. Could someone get in touch to rectify this issue?

    NICID(Mac Add) :

    Transfer the license ownership to,

    NEW Admin Email Address :

    You can also reply/attach your file in private message.

      could you please reopen this case. Due to overlapping Holidays and internal Changes of roles this issue got swamped internally and was not followed up.
