re: VHDL/verilog code to resize an image

hye people

I have displayed the image on vga monitor(640x480) using verilog code by using xilinx ISE 8.2i and video starter kit that is powered by virtex 4. But now Iam not able to resize the image I want to decrease its resolution for which I used a blurring module also .Again this ise version showing a fatal error 1312.Is this the problem of software version???

Kindly help me with the code also ,I need to submit the project by 5th april,2013

    this is an altera forum. I suggest trying over at the xilinx forum.
