Quartus II 14.1.0 License needed

I have a legacy product built with "Quartus II 64-Bit Version 14.1.0 Build 186 12/03/2014" and need a license for it to potentially fix a small issue. How do I go about getting one? I have the tool...

Thanks Sheng for the link. The downloaded license generated for

Discontinued – Intel® Quartus® II Software (License: SW-QUARTUS-WE-FIX)2026-03-24

from https://licensing.intel.com/psg/s/sales-signup-evaluationlicenses does not work.

The Quartus II 14.1 is not seeing the licenses and they don't look correct in the file.
