I would like to confirm whether INTEL QUARTUS PRIME STANDARD EDITION is now uniformly changed to SW-ONE-QUARTUS?

Can SW-ONE-QUARTUS purchase a permanent float license?

I see the price of the QUARTUS PRIME STANDARD EDITION on intel's official website as follows: Fixed - $2,995, Float - $3,995. Is this the latest price? And Float, is this a permanent license?
