    Hi Dennis,

    it's wrong .pof mode. Must be Internal configuration rather than PS.

That worked thanks!

I was also able to do this from the command prompt like this:

quartus_cpf.exe -c -o auto_create_rpd=on firmware.sof firmware.pof

This generates all POF and RPD files from the SOF file.
