couldn't run EDA simulation library compiler

Dear Support, I am learning how to use Quartus Pro, under tools-> launch simulation library compiler, I filled the executable location correctly. I confirmed that the vsim is there. but the tools...

    the problem is the IP variation is not using the original IP name. just recompile the original IP with simulation enabled. will solve the problem.

Hello!

I have the same problem. Sorry for such a question What's the IP variation? How can I recompile it? I think my simple project doesn't use any IP cores if that's the problem.
