Questasim*-Intel FPGA Starter Edition floating license issue.

We are still experiencing Questasim*-Intel FPGA Starter Edition floating license issue. Tried fixed license as well with no luck. We need help.

We have not heard from you and It is not recommended to keep a Case idle too long without activities. I will now transition this thread to community support. Although, Intel support has requested this same info and we have submitted before.
