Questasim Install

Hello,

Questasim install completes but the tool will not start correctly. The install log is showing that one of the install scripts failed with an error.

Installing ...
Executing C:\intelFPGA_pro\22.4/vcredist2017_x64.exe /q /norestart
Script exit code: 1638

Script output:

Script stderr:
Program ended with an error exit code

Log file is attached. Can you tell me what this code relates to ?

    Apologize for the inconvenience happen, there are some technical issues due to upgrading proses. Now the license generator issue has been resolved. Login to https://licensing.intel.com/ to get your new license file and let us know how it goes.

    I have the same issue. One year later, the problem still exists..
