Questa Simulator License Issue

Hi,

I downloaded Quartus Software Suite that contains a Questa Simulator version. I generated the license via Intel Website, but each time I try to invoke "vsim" to launch the simulator I get a message as shown in the screen shot below. It looks like the generated license is wrong or something:
