Questa License - Self Service Licensing Centre - Access Denied

So like many others I registered for access to SSLC and got the welcome email and then get "Access Denied". I tried other browsers, private windows etc and to no avail. I contacted live support and...

I tried the following morning and it just worked. I used the link in the Welcome to PSG Licensing email rather than the one on the website but now both links work.
