QUESTA - Profiling error **UI-Msg: (vsim-8872) Structural profile information is not available...

Hello, I am using the "Profiling" feature, I have done all the steps in the manual and when I open the "Structural Profile" and "Design Unit Profile" tabs this appears:
**UI-Msg: (vsim-8872) Structural profile information is not available for the 64-bit Windows platform.

Also when I want to see "Profile Data" it appears empty, is this okay? or is it a mistake too?

What can i do?

    Which manual are you referring to?

    Is it example design?
