Quarus II Waveform Results of Simulation

I have created a circuit and it compiles with no errors, but after I open University Program VWF and try to "run a functional simulation" there is no new window that opens to show me the simulation results. I know the circuit and waveform setup is correct because I can run the same file on a colleagues computer and have no issues, but it will not show me results on mine.

(I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the entire program.)
