Quartus Soft LVDS Intel FPGA IP v18.0 fail to open

Hello Team,

We have trouble in opening the LVDS in Quaus tool.

Its either not opening window or if opening also, its just a blank screen coming.

We are using remote desktop to connect this and we are using this on REDHAT machine.

Note: We have updated the patches as well.

Any recommendations will be appreciated.

    Can you give me the specific OS that you were using? Redhat 8.0?

      Hello Kenny,

      we are using Red Hat Enterprise Linux release 8.10 (Ootpa).

    Hi there, are you using VPN while you are using remote desk to access Quartus?

    BTW, what's your Quartus Version?

      Sorry for the delayed response.
      Yes, we are using VPN for remote connection as well. (Does this matter?)
      and we are using 18.1_standard version.
