Quartus reports "device not installed"

I am going to work for a customer using stratix gx devices. In order to optimize performance, I usually let my notebook do some homework for me at home : I "play" with constraints in order to optimize designs and get a feeling for the effect of the constraints. This is mostly done apart from the customers environment with my own web edition version.

Now: When selecting Stratix Devices, I find some of them marked as "not installed". I assume this is a limitation of web edition software?
