Previously, a colleague requested a license transfer to my email address, which intel team successfully completed. I was then able to generate the license after logging into the SSLC portal.
However, I currently do not have the option within the SSLC portal to add another colleague's email address for a further transfer. It appears the Altera team first needs to initiate the transfer to my colleague's ID so that they can generate the licenses on their end.
Could you please assign a support representative to this case or send me a private message? I would like to share my colleague’s details securely so this transfer can be processed.
