Quartus PLL - How to connect to existing VHDL

Hi! I try to use the PLL function the first time and have some problems with it. It would be great if anyone could help me. I used the MegaWizard PlugIn Manager to specify the PLL settings...

Ok, I just found out that there is an optional checkbox in the wizard for generating the _inst.vhd.
