Quartus License issue

Greetings, everyone. My company has acquired a floating license with 2 seats. However, when I input the license path into Quartus Prime, it fails to recognize it. Oddly enough, it does manage to retrieve the Questa license successfully. Any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
