Quartus-II Window Auto Focus

When I run Quartus II on my Linux Machine, it comes up in Window auto focus mode enabled. If I move my mouse around the different Quartus windows, it will automatically pop the lastest window touched by the mouse in front. None of my other Linux apps do this. Any ideas on how I can disable this annoying mode?
